Innovation and Scale: A Tough Balancing Act

Innovation and Scale: A Tough Balancing Act

Wed, April 10, 2013; 13:15 - 14:30
Location: Lecture Theatre 5

Organisations are increasingly expected to innovate on a continuous basis. To realise the potential of innovations they are also expected to scale. Continuous innovation thus creates a difficult balancing act for organisations to integrate both experimentation and focus. Building on our own research and insights from participants, we will explore how relationships with funders, employees and the communities they serve challenge organisations to balance innovation and scale more productively. Together, we will generate ideas on how to overcome these complex challenges.
